COLLECTIVE
 IMPACT.

Collective Impact works through education, advocacy, and community to shift the way individuals perceive equality. We rely on a team of volunteers dedicated to bring awareness to the challenges with inequality and aim to influence behavioral change. While there are many organizations promoting gender equality, Collective Impact differs in the approach with starting the awareness early on. By presenting to school children, participating in networking gatherings for parents of young children either at their workplace or in community gatherings, we convey the importance of children learning habits that promote inclusion and equality right from childhood, be it at home or in school. Our goal is that, by adulthood, the next generation will have equality ingrained in their thinking and in action.
